The IB Diploma

The internationally recognized IB Diploma is respected by universities around the world as the highest-level high school qualification. The IB Diploma involves studying a total of six subjects at standard and advanced level.

A-Levels

The traditional British high school curriculum allows students to study a select few subjects at a high level. Students who want to attend university in the UK or have clear career aspirations from an early age choose A-Levels as a way to focus on their interests and develop in-depth subject knowledge.

  • Ages 16-18 / Grades 11-12

  • Available at Oxford campus


The US High School Diploma + AP Courses

The most popular high school qualification in the United States, the US High School Diploma, is the ideal program for students considering applying for universities in the US. The flexibility of the program and the variety of course options allow for individually optimized subject selection.


Complement your US High School Diploma by taking your favorite subjects at a higher level. EF Academy offers a selection of Advanced Placement (AP) Courses that can earn students US college credits and stand out in university applications.


Key Information:

  • Program duration can be 1 to 4 years

  • Students are between 14-19 years old and should already be enrolled by 17 at the latest. 

  • Available at New York and Pasadena campus
