Please use this form to register a prospective student for the EF Academy Online Application.

After you submit the form, the student will receive an email at the address entered under “Student’s email.” This email will include a link for them to set their password and access the EF Academy Online Application.

Once the student sets their password and logs in, their application will be automatically linked to your agency, and they can begin filling out the application.
