Campus highlights

A 16-acre campus designed for learning and connection. Open-air lounges, a swimming pool, sports courts, a black box theater, and specialized labs give students space to explore their interests. Living on campus is about more than where you stay—it's where friendships form, confidence grows, and everyday experiences become lasting memories. In our supportive residential community, students live and learn alongside peers from 30+ nationalities while benefiting from dedicated care and mentorship every step of the way. Students can choose from day, five-day boarding, or full boarding options.

Sports and clubs

From varsity athletics to student-led clubs, there are countless ways for students to get involved outside the classroom. Whether competing in volleyball, soccer, badminton, and beach volleyball, or pursuing interests through robotics, Model United Nations, performing arts, outdoor adventure, and other student-led activities, students build new skills, explore their passions, and find their community.

Events, activities and excursions

Concerts, cultural celebrations, outdoor adventures, and weekend excursions are all part of student life at EF Academy Pasadena. Students take learning outside of the classroom, building friendships on California’s beaches and hiking trails, exploring their interests in  museums, universities, and iconic Los Angeles destinations.

Meet Annie Hall,


Head of School, EF Pasadena

Annie Hall brings over 20 years of experience in education, leadership, admissions, and student wellbeing. Since joining EF Academy in 2017, she has held leadership roles across admissions, academic advising, student services, and residential life. Annie is dedicated to creating an inclusive community where every student can thrive.

Originally from the UK, she holds a BA in English and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Annie taught English Language and Literature through A-Level and the Extended Project Qualification before moving into leadership roles, including Senior Assistant Head Teacher at a large London school. As a Designated Safeguarding Officer, she developed deep expertise in child protection and student wellbeing.

At EF Academy Pasadena, Annie focuses on building an inclusive, welcoming campus community where every student can flourish—both as individuals and as members of our global community.
